Difficulty with personal finances?
This past year Michael and I have been hit hard in the financial aspect of our lives. Despite faithful tithing, frugality in our budgets, and eliminating frivolous spending, satan still found a way to creep into our finances.
Regardless of the trials we've faced in our finances, Michael and I continue to pour into the Bible and take solace in the truth of the Word. These are our favorite verses that encompass hardship and blessing. The verses are intertwined. This is intentionally written so that whether you're in a struggle or prosperity season, you might appreciate the completeness of these scriptures.
NOTE: All of these translations come from the NASB (New American Standard Bible).

Final Thoughts about Finances
We hope you find some comfort in these verses. It is God's will to bless us with financial prosperity. While it is His will, we have a few responsibilities to maintain. Tithing, generous giving, and relying on Him when times are tough are good starting points. For us, this is easier said than done. But, we continue to grow our faith and lean on Him in all things. We encourage you to do the same.
